Ginger Chicken and Cashews Recipe

Craving a Chinese takeout? Look no further than our flavoursome Ginger Chicken and Cashew Stir Fry.

Loaded with heaps of veggies like red pepper, broccoli, onion, and baby corn and served with brown rice this is a healthier but still delicious take on the popular takeaway dish.

Taking only 25 minutes to make, this healthy fakeaway can be whipped up in less time than it takes for a takeaway to be delivered to your door!

Plus, this protein-packed recipe has 40g of protein per portion to help your body repair and recover after your workouts and has a much lower salt content than traditional takeaway dishes to help look after your heart health.

The trick to getting a rich ginger flavour? Make sure to fry the chicken in the same pan as the onion, garlic, and ginger to load up the taste before adding the vegetables, cashews, and the sesame sauce. It sounds simple, but it makes all the difference to soak up the flavours!
